Not many, maybe 2-4 during the week, a couple extra on the weekends.

LadyDeth has expressed an interest, not sure she wants to dial in proper espresso machine and pushing a button seems like a good option for all involved.

Point and shoot makers are beyond my depth, sorry.
If there was always only one person making the coffee I’d recommend one of the manual lever machines.
