Yup just buy a tile score, or a cheap wet wheel then replace the disc with a good one after it wears out. Use ear protection and proper goggles, mate got a piece of ceramic tile stuck in edge of his eye ball, another m/s worth of energy in that chip and he would have lost the eye most likely. Was wearing safety specs, but they are not good enough for high m/s tools like angle grinders and tile cutters.
My partner fishs many kinds of objects out of peoples eyes on a daily basis, you name it, its probably been jabbed into an eye at some point, so have become an ambassador for eye PPE.
Of all the different types of tiles and tools that cut tiles a multitool would be near the bottom of my list.
A cheap grinder with a tile specific blade is useful if you must cut that way.
For porcelain the simple score and snap is great, cut smaller odd shaped bits with the grinder from the back of the tile. Small wet wheel with a mitre is great for everything except large format.
Anything but a multitool really.
