Today broke me given that I spent 9 out of 11 hours outside. I was literally in agony by the time I finished and had to spend 20 minutes at the work hand dryers trying to stop my hands shaking.
I ended up ordering some 45NRTH Sturmfist 4's.
Let's see if they're anywhere near as warm as they claim for my useless hand circulation.
I feel ya, I was working outside today all day too, stationary and layered up so managed OK but I'm pretty used to wearing almost the right amount of stuff.
Brutal! I wasn't outside for anywhere near as long as that but still ended up having a raynauds nightmare. My hands were still painful when I went to bed 8 hours later. I feel for you being out for 9 hours!
It's tough to ignore the temptation to warm up your hands quickly with dryers or radiator or something but it's not great for you, you can burst little blood vessels as they swell and warm up and you'll have itchy painful red hands for a week afterwards
