They're not quiet, but they are liveable. Louder than a Hope hub / DT Swiss etc but I wouldn't say embarrassingly loud.

Hunt wheels are generally shipped with a minimal amount of light oil in the pawls which makes them loud. 3 mins with a pair of cone spanners to remove the freehub and some light grease in the pawls and they'll be much quieter.
