Hes absolute not but he's super rich, that overcomes a lot of stuff when you have money sadly.

No, but he probably isn't as dumb as he comes across, either. Privilege means not having to exercise all your mental faculties, if you don't want to. He doesn't have to reflect or learn much from mistakes, as toadies and hangers on will massage his ego while working hard to fill the gaps and compensate for the errors.
The people who chose to stay on, in the companies he took over, have to do all that without the rewards given to his inner circle.
