looking good @Tenderloin! I am consistently amazed by how tidy your tradesfolk keep the place. Has not been my experience at all and we've been living in the house through all our renovations.

If the architect was there sweeping up regularly I'd probably be tempted to say you don't need to be here mate - let the £100 a day labourer do the sweeping up and you go back to clerkenwell in your Saab(and don't send me a bill for your services today either).

But that's just me...
