Kind of depends how much you already know about working on vehicles. If you've ever maintained a car with a carb you'll appreciate the simplicity. If you've never done timing and valve gaps you might find it's a steep learning curve on the roadside.
The older one's are prone to corrosion, especially tanks - Bear in mind the electrical loom will be very old too - spares on some models a bit tricky. Absolutely worth it though and you'll learn a lot. Gofrit.
No plans to get a motorcycle atm but I’d quite like an old one like this if I did. Are they hard to maintain / upkeep?
