There is a "spoiler mode" which is supposed to take you to the "watch" page rather than Home. Although that doesn't seem to work either as I have it turned on and still land on home :(

Top tip, ta. I've not tested spoiler mode in anger yet but quick reboot of app it avoided the home newsreel.

I think the only call would have been to sacrifice Valter, if he could have brought the gap back which is questionable. And even then, you bring riders that have a better kick to the line than Benoot and it's not like KBK with a flat finish.

Was thinking about this and reckon that's only gonna be worth doing if you don't have that strong a TT team. Jumbo Visma would surely get better times sticking together as long as possible than, say, UAE, who might need Pog to sprint off towards the end. Can see Jumbo absolutely smashing this to pieces and gaining an unassailable lead, tbh.

Yea that could explain why Pogacar has been going for the intermediate sprints and Vingegaard hasn't bothered.
