Forks just need fillets and brake mounts. Then a couple of braze ons here and there. Will do that tonight after tugging my kids in.

That's a very good Mild MTB/Aggro ATB you're making.
Why no Hulsroy yoke? Is it for more than 2.2? -
• #7234
looks like a mean machine.
is this designed around a suspension fork, as the rigid fork looks quite long?
-
• #7235
Yoke was pricey and heavier for more clearance than I needed, can't imagine wanting bigger than the 2.35 it's designed around.
The fork is swappable for a 100mm SID while keeping the geo intact. Current thinking is rigid fork for local "gravel" rides and longer touring on not particularly challenging surfaces and the SID for when it's a mildtainbike.

And the yoke I used on my MTB is get 2.4" tyre clearance on short chainstays while running a 42t chainring. Only reason I used it on my MTB was to test it.

Very nice. I kind of want the rear brake strut to match the curve in the seat tube.

There was loads of different options on the table. I am not sure how the curve of the seat tube would work. I do agree that the current bracing solution looks bigger than it should somehow but...
I always try to have a design logic and let the tubes or parts do what they want/are meant to do. The boss and bracing fits perfectly behind the wishbone so it made sense to just let it continue down to the chainstay.
An alternative version of that came up later and in hindsight I would probably have preferred that. But both Tijmen and I stand behind the solution chosen.

Curve could be an arc centered around the dropout. Would probably look quite harmonic.
I agree that the current solution looks rad in it's own way, just a different aesthetic choice. -

This is rad
