Interesting vid! The US really did fuck up didn't they? Imagine the JOBS though to convert all those cities.
Btw we now have a new thing here in the NL, which is a cycling road, where cars can drive but have to 'behave', because they are solely a guest on the cyclist' road. They can be recognized by the pinkish tarmac.
