Looks like “DOTEK”. They came off a 90s Mtb.

Thanks. That looked really good until the second picture. I've never seen such a cranked crank.

It helps clear the chainstays while having a slightly shorter spindle. It's also free :) so you're welcome to just try it/use temporarily.
