2nd metacarpal may be a fracture, the rest are just nutrient foramina.

based on this, that wee lil floater off the 3rd metacarpal head is likely also a sesamoid bone

Thumb little bone bit is called a sesamoid bone. It's not a break. The other areas are undisplaced fractures, just cracks but not needing of surgery. Just rest.. T
