Any tips for stretches to get rid of shin splints? I think tight calves and ankles the cause.
I wouldn’t stretch if you’ve shin splints. Maybe rolling / hard ball massage.
Probably more important is to work out why you get tight calves - weak calves, tight back, weakness elsewhere that’s making your calves work more, etc.
