very boring but new to me - turns out all the rigid v-brake noodles just come apart, and so if for example you needed a 135 degree adjustable noodle to fit trp cx8.4s to a dawes galaxy but can't find any anywhere, you can just buy normal 135s, adjustable 90s and swap the bits over
