Since they blocked my preferred Android app, I've pretty much stopped.

Same here (although iOS app).

Was quite surprised how I went from ~30 minutes of browsing to zero overnight.

Yeah, when you have it, you're worried about missing content.

Then it disappears and it's like "oh, that didn't make any difference to my life at all".
