Google images search really helps with this, as does doing some shonky cross matching of product codes, SKU codes, EANs etc.
All the Duratherm stuff, for examples, seems to be made by this Polish company , which suggests that it's all M30x1.5 as standard.
I can't believe that retailers do not give the thread in the valve specs, even the manufacturers don't have them on the detailed PDF's, have spent more than a couple of hours on google and got nowhere.
You would think that with the increase in smart trv's retailers would update their info so people could buy suitable valves.
