According to the comments on Cricinfo, this ground has a history of pitches getting easier to play on for days 4 &5.
I don't know if the opening session will be more favourable to seamers than today, but without Trent Boult I don't see the Kiwi attack skittling this England side as Root, Stokes and Foakes can revert to attritional defence.
