Continental Contact Urban
I was thinking Contact Speeds but then I read that they lose a lot of grip in wet conditions. The Urban looks good at first glance, I'll investigate, thanks!
Also, the Overdrives are 38C wide, I would prefer something like 32 or 35 with these guards.

The review on Bicycle Rolling Resistance is pretty thorough. And I have to say my experience mirrors their findings.
Continental Grand Prix Urban are lighter (and feature a black reflective stripe), but they are also much pricier!

Only tyres you need for a bike like that are Continental Contact Urban. Roll really nice and I have yet to puncture on three different sets - including the cargo.
