Couldn't find a spot with good lighting, but here we go: Marin ready for the season. Got a new stem, fiddled some with the drivetrain and ditched the B17.
Finally got a new job, which is a lot closer, albeit still quite far. Planning to sometimes commute door-to-door with this thing, after the weather hits about 10 degrees or so. 50 mins each direction according to Google Maps. Excited. Depending on the "trial rides" I might actually invest in better tyres.
