From the ebay link provided; it does look like the frame sold at less than £350, given the strike through the sale price figure, suggesting a best offer price was accepted. Given that eBay fees are 12.8% + £0.30, and assuming the forum seller originally sold the frame for £250 (possibly with postage on top)... then do the math; it doesn't look like the work Adam Smith here.
