I get psoriasis guttate. I had a particularly savage outbreak and was trying a few things to sort it. Nothing really helped but I read UV helps, I went to the beach and ended up falling asleep, woke up with a touch of sunburn. A few days later I scrubbed the dead skin off and the plaques came off with it and didn't come back for years. Not that I'm recommending getting sunburn but I have found my plaques significantly lighten and get less crusty with long exposure to sunlight
