I still don't really understand the enthusiasm for uniforms here but favourably comparing America's school system to England's was particularly stupid given stats like this:
During the 2016-2017 academic year, the National Center for Education Statistics recorded 3,272 instances (1) where kids brought guns to school. The Center has not released any statistics since.

On that page, one of your fellow Canucks who also moved around some said that the U.S. school system was the worst thing they ever experienced. But people have different paths and experiences; maybe they went to one of the worst and you to the best. Or maybe you were one of those assholes who made life shit for everybody else and nobody had the courage to tell you.
