WTD: 11 speed hydro shifters

Looking to convert flat bar bike to drops. Currently running 1x11 XT shifters, rear mech and thinking GRX/105 and a Wolftooth tanpan to sort the pull ratio.

Would consider any shifters that might work in this set-up.
