He’d lost a nephew who died after a nasty bike crash in Lewisham (lamppost) literally days ago :( That was quite a salutary moment when he told me.

His uncle said to me the police initially thought he’d been hit-and-run, but cctv showed he’d just had a very unfortunate collision with no-one else involved.

Terrible news.
