I've been using a 42T cassette with a medium cage Force 1 derailleur. It kind of works, but really badly, takes quite a bit of tension to get the chain back off the largest cog.
What can I do to make my shifting life better - without shelling out for a new long cage derailleur c.£200? Will the Wolftooth links work? Any idea which one I need, the Goatlink? Do they work well? Do I just need one of those and a longer chain?
