Took the fixed for a spin around the Forth, 100km in total with some spicy headwind.
The new pedals feel lovely. I had to lower my saddle a few mm as I slammed the cleats quite far back on my road shoes, but I think the overall position on my bike feels better now.
Coincidentally, I planned my route around a now disused viewing area that looks over a quarry and later on in the ride I found some binoculars at the roadside. God, is this a message?
