Tubus Tara? I should probably give up on the dreams of a long distance 4-pannier world tour… minimal use for a few tours round the U.K, maybe 8 days total loaded, and 6 months or so on the bike so in excellent nick

Certainly more premium than some. But given it’s sat in my garage not doing much for the past few years taking up space make me an offer. It can be reunited with the Altura panniers again!
