10 days is probably right for getting parts delivered. Looks alright

MOT history definitely suggests someone who waits until something breaks before replacing it, rather than going for the preventative maintenance approach. I'd want to look at the service history, I think the TDI is cambelt (worth checking though) so I'd want to see evidence of the service. Same with haldex if it's 4x4 and DSG if it's got one.
