I bought axle converters for use with QR. The front wheel has 12mm thru axle end caps but you'll need to purchase an extra one for the rear, pretty sure it's this one https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/304401256813 but you might want to double check with SJS Cycles. Taped for tubeless setup.

Taken straight off a Cannondale Topstone 2019, never used. I put Nano's on them and a cassette for a spare wheelset, but they've sat unused in the cupboard. Tyres had seen some really light use, they're pretty new. Tubeless ready but running tubes currently.
