What’s there to dislike about Azpilicueta?
I don’t doubt he is a decent bloke and much accomplished. He just plays for a rival team. Anyway, hopefully no long term issues following yesterday’s incident.

Playing in a dangerous manner is any action that, while trying to play the ball, threatens injury to someone (including the player themself) and includes preventing a nearby opponent from playing the ball for fear of injury.
A scissors or bicycle kick is permissible provided that it is not dangerous to an opponent.
so why was it not a red card, yesterday??

As much as I dislike Azpilicueta, I wish him a full recovery. That head injury :(
