I’ve never had issues with Wiggle, quite the opposite, but it’s still one of my favourite thread titles.

Just had 2 out of 5 items delivered. What's the best way to contact them?
-
• #754
Semaphore?
-
• #755
They do reply to emails...
-
• #756
I’ll try email and then semaphore

Live chat usually best

If you get it to work I'd be keen to know. I had a missing item too, tried 3x browsers on my work computer and couldn't get it to launch! Filled in the online form twice and haven't heard anything either... might try semaphore

ORDER HISTORY ACCESS
A scheduled system update to the Wiggle website will begin from 24 April.
After this, your current order history will not be viewable in My Account, so you might want to download your order information for making returns and warranty claims.
You can take a copy of your order history now by logging in to your account and saving locally. Go to My Account now.
We're also providing a download option. You can register to receive this by clicking the link below.

Just came here to post this. Do they really expect us to download years and years of order history in order to access warranty claims?
-
• #763
Had the same from Chain Reaction Cycles
-
• #764
And a week's notice to boot....
Edit - you have to opt in too to get a downloaded history or you won't get it.

Que?
Translation: We are too lazy and/or stupid to port the contents of an old database to our new one
-
• #766
Short notice but it probably gets people to take action instead of forgetting about it.

I ignored the mail wiggle sent me a couple of days ago, yet they have now sent me a second one indicating that I did ask for my data and that it can now be downloaded.

Same here.
They probably realised that deleting your data and warranty info is breaking your consumer protection and GDPR
-
• #769
Its not even a download, just a table you have to copy and paste into something else.
-
• #770
The "OPT-IN/OPT-OUT HERE" link in the email is to a page where you register your interest in receiving a downloaded version.
Shit of them not to have this sorted by now. But more shit that they can't just port the previous purchases over to the new system (they've not done this almost certainly because it would cost more than they're willing to pay).
Otherwise, yes, it's either copy-and-paste, or save the yearly pages (with images) as HTML/ZIP.

Pretty vague descriptions.
I look forward to them dealing with random warranty claims for "Women's Gabba Jacket". Save time/$ with a DB migration but their returns team is fucked having to manually match up order codes

Ah, I see. I just got the "download link" and it is indeed a shit table.
Vague description, manufacturer, quantity, order ID, order date.
No prices/etc. That's just shit.
[EDIT] If I was still using Twitter I'd have a go at them on there. BICBA.
People seem to be doing this already: https://twitter.com/search?q=%40wiggle_sport

They notified about this for months in their summaries with every order, but yeah it's a shocking way to migrate to the new system.

Whats the earliest transaction anyone has? Mine goes back to 2015 only
-
• #775
can you just use a receipt from your email for warranty etc?
Fwiw Howies don't offer free returns on Sale items now.
Wiggle weren't nobs this week, ordered Sunday on Collect+ with an etd of Friday, was delivered Tues. A+ would buy again etc etc.
