Just to make sure where on the same page, I meant the blue track bike not the puch. But you’re right, there are some differences as well. However, the seat tube lug cluster and the wide, short and stubby seatstay caps do seem rather characteristic. Then again, iirc, plume was just a shop and didn’t build the frames themselves - so even if it was a Plume, it would remain unclear who the builder is.

Good work, nicely done! @Sig_Arlecchino I see the similarities but I also see a lot of differences. But I don't know too much about Puch and bike frames, the only thing I know is a Puch Maxi
