I ordered my 24" through this place;
https://www.cheapgoodsbmx.com/framesI don't know how they did it, but despite me ordering the Frame, cranks, BB, headset and brake, I didn't get charged any import tax. Worked out sooo cheap (sorry UK bike industry).
