I wouldn't have got it without the clue. What an obscure, tucked-away little corner. Never spotted it, or had any inkling it was there.

If you type the flats into Google maps the street view starts right on the tag. Its certainly not an area i frequent either. Always found that area abit seedy

If I'd been looking for that tag by cycling round the streets, I definitely wouldn't have bothered going down here... but yet there it is, just past the last house on the right. And looking on Google Maps, I just didn't spot it. Too hidden.

Where is The House? In a grimy court between the Duke and the King.

Usually it's nice to find new places through BBT but this time... Lewis's Buildings is a Grim alley.

Good work on this one i was barking up the wrong tree after the clue. Between a Duke and a King but i was thinking pubs initially and this certainly isn't one you'd ever pass

Good work indeed. This was intentionally a tough one, and not somewhere you'd normally pass, but it's quite a notable old building and I thought we should recognize it on BBT.

For getting this tag, get one or two or ideally three locations.

Interestingly there used to be a cool old building behind the big gates, I believe it was a mental health hospital.

Can’t remember the road but it’s off bear road at the top and the other is Milner road.

Wow! That's amazing. Fantastic find of the Bevendean Hospital. Obviously the gates lead to something spectacular, but I assumed some kind of park or grounds. Great photos.

Thanks, I wouldn’t go that far, I’m just a bit of a local history geek, wouldn’t have known it otherwise.

I have a tag in mind which will be extremely difficult (I assume it will be at least) but I won’t get a chance to do it anytime soon. I will put a new tag up tomorrow, will have to try find something on my ride to work/back home

Mrs. sea-level (a nurse) was very interested to learn about the history of the Bevendean Hospital, and like me didn't know that such a thing had even existed...
