Also did some subsequent research on the wheels and with the help of two friends I found out they are
HSon TB 14 hard anodized grey
With Sapim Leader spokes

Dura Ace 7600 32h high flange hubs
I will try to keep the koga theme mostly japanese with the exception of the tubes (coz valves) and the rims (coz #nochoice)
Saddle will be kashimax (already arrived) and
seatpost (currently out of budget) stem as well as bars (both in transit) will be nitto 💸💸
Edit: The wheelset is the only bike part i can think of which i bought within 30sec without prior investigation
