Yesterday we passed a quick step or whatever they are lad at the top of Winnats fixing a puncture. Every time I see a pro training in the uk I’m amazed how few have guards, lights or any high viz. surprised more teams don’t do brighter training kit

Maybe you should stop next time and offer them a few pearls of wisdom? Maybe give them some training and nutrition advice while you're at it?

Unnecessary but thanks for the tip.
That’s not at all what I was saying is it, I was commenting on how I find it funny that they do all their training on race bikes and wearing dark kit on a very dark day in the peaks. That’s all.
