The amp is a slight concern right enough. It’s an Audiolab 6000A and on paper it’s a good match, but realistically it’s a £600 amp and it’s not going to do them justice fully.
As long as it’s an improvement on my current setup, I can probably live with that for a year or two and then buy a better amp.
Proac stuff is great. If your amp can handle them, go for it.
Re. The 1k system, I'll throw in my usual recommend for buying second hand.
