• EDITED WITH PRICE DROP: NOW £50 if collected from Norwich - Otherwise it will go to the local cycle support charity.

This is a really nice frame in original paint from Australia. Made by a renowned bike shop it seems. Not associated with the bike computer company.
It looks way worse in the pictures below - it's actually very smart and presentable after I cleaned it! See picture in the second post below.
Headset is ok. All threads are good. No dents or cracks or rust issues. Solid and straight frame

    ST: 595 CTC
    TT: 570mm
    HT 190mm

    £130 > £120 > £100 - With £30 > now £50 donation to the red cross included - receipt will be sent to buyer.
Please cover paypal fees ontop. Or cash.
Located in Norwich, but can be collected from Harlow, Essex. Or possibly East London if very near the A12

I started a build thread but I ran out of momentum and just got a Dave Yates that fits slightly better.

'Avocet' frame was made in Australia, not something we see very often in the UK I don't think! - Claremont (a suburb of Perth, Western Australia) shop owned/operated by John Sampson. One person told me that a guy called Stan Lang may have built for the shop, but no proof. I got it from a guy who was an amateur racer in the 80's. He got it from a friend and did a couple of TT's on it and told me some stories. He said it was Columbus tubing, but Avocet also used Ishiwata 019 and reynolds 753... so this could be anything I suppose.
