I'm getting a Tesla through my limited company, and claimed the company charger allowance, and will be paying minimal P11D.
Not considering restructuring my BTLs into a limited company at the moment because I would rather not pay additional stamp duty / capital gains.

If you think you’re a tax avoiding bastard: I’m one of those new-fashioned economically inactive people that are causing so many economic problems so I pay zero income tax. It’s possible thanks to a recent business asset disposal relief claim.
I don’t have Tesla though, I’m not completely morally bankrupt.

When will someone admit they restructured their BTLs into a Limited Company (main owner an LLP, into a trust in Jersey) and bought a Tesla writing the whole cost off in a year and paying no CT, whilst claiming the company charger allowance and paying minimal P11d.
