In really good condition. Minimal use and been in storage for a while (hence the dust). Think this is an earlier size L version without the side pockets. Blue floating tarp liner and loads of compression straps to accomodate various loads. Comes with the reflective clip-on straps and removable strap zippered pouch (good for keys, etc)
