Where are you expecting to find 10A? Campsites will have either that blue plug there or occasionally on the continent a European mains socket (Schuko).
If the campsite blurb specifies 10A it's a warning their breaker will trip if you try to draw too much power (more than ~2500W), but the plug will be the same.
