How many red cards did Arsenal collect vs Burnley during Dyche’s tenure?
Further evidence of how deep the PGMOL pro-Burnley conspiracy goes.

I'm afraid I just look at Everton and think, "There but for the grace of God", given how Arsenal seemingly dodged a bullet with Moshiri and Usmanov.

Would be great if Bielsa came back. But weird move by Leeds to sack him after backing him a fair bit in the January window.
-
• #164555
True, though perhaps more sensible than sacking a manager in the middle of the transfer window and losing out on all your possible transfers.

God bless our saviour Stan Kronke...
To be fair there was a lot of opposition in the fan base to usmanov.

Yeah I hear you. But always thought Leeds a bit more stable than Everton.
I have no love for Marsch so fuck him. But hoping Leeds can get someone who can get more out of the talent they have in that squad

He speaks very highly of you.

Refs let dyches teams get extra grabby and kicky. It's not easy playing against rugby tactics, on rugby pitches. Arsenal play a different kind of football
Genuine lol. Especially given Oedegarrd had his arms wrapped round Tarkowski for the goal. Absolutely no interest in playing the ball.

Well corners are all a bit of a mess. The grabbing at every Arsenal player, especially saka, to prevent them getting past the first man was blatant and permitted by the ref from the first minute. Do you actually think Dyches teams have some magic powers? Or are they just permitted to grapple and stamp their way through 90 minutes.
I thought English football had moved on from Bolton, Stoke, Blackburn etc but there's always one bunch of cloggers fouling up the league!

I don't know about the whole of Dyche's tenure but in the 100 plus premier league games in a row when Burnley had no red cards Arsenal topped the red card table with something like 13.
Burnley under Kompany are a much more cynical, fouling team but no one mentions it if you knock it around at the back a bit too.

There's not a team in the league that doesn't do this.

Did you watch the game?

Learnt from the best under Pep. Tactical fouling is a key component to his gameplan. Fernandinho the absolute master of it.

that's his way

That fact alone says a lot about how English football is reffed.

I was down the pub with mike dean and he told me the reason that dyche’s teams get an easy ride is cos he always gives them a cheeky bump before and after the match and sometimes at half time too

True, we need to stop giving reds for silly things like two footed tackles
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t15htJAC3g0
and grabbing players by the throat
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OMyk9kyfZ_4
and instead introduce them for, I'm not really sure what, daring to tackle players from "big" teams?

Anyone see this goal at the weekend?

There's scoring from your own half and then there's hitting the back of the net from your own half. There's also a great angle from behind the goal and one of the Hearts players is celebrating as soon as it leaves his boot.

The disbelief in the commentators "No weeh" was a nice touch

citeh's newest signing ... in defence.
some saying it's a bit of a pannik signing ?
surely lord pannik's wages alone will create further financial fair play breaches

No doubting it, David Pannick is one of the or the best in the business on regulatory law. Deep pockets normally wins out.
More entertaining, more passing based.
