I remember this being a reported behaviour of SP Hubs way back when they first came out. I think @edscoble may have encountered similar behaviour.

My newly laced Shutter Precision PL-7 vibrates noticeably (through bars&seat) beyond 30-35km/h. Anybody got the same issue?
The pv-8 in my brompton doesn't behave like this. Also never had this issue with shimano.
