you'll want a usb-c external powerbank that does 12v output to power them both if you want to go low and sloooooow
I use this one ( https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08Y6XBM8X/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 ) which will last you a few days on a full charge no problem.

We just pulled the trigger on an Aldi Kamado for some low and slow. What temperature probe set up are people using? I’ve looked at the thermoworks website but the choice is confusing.
