My stone bay is fucked. Guess water got into the old boxes and under the stone etc blowing a lot of it when freezing.
On scale of; give it a lick of paint (1) to tear it out and rebuild whole thing (10) I'm looking at something on the lower end of the scale to fix. Maybe a 4 or 5.
The boxes are relatively simple and I'm already cutting / repairing / filling but as for the stone I'm at a loss.
I'll scrape it all back as much as possible, but from there?
