That seems to be the only option. Very expensive though.

Is it quiet? The garbaruk ring on my road bike is very noisy with the flat top chain

Not something I've considered actually. I'll have a spin later and let you know.

But yeah, not cheap. I just didn't find any other option. They do seem to last forever though.
