yep. in the end we panicked and offered (another) 5k off.

it was for work in the building that the freeholder had said wasn't necessary and isn't going to happen.

they had all the info in early November and they did that in mid Jan. that's what's most shit about it.

This is almost identical to our situation. Although they had info at start of October and waited till mid Jan facepalm
