For reference I would rather a carbon specialist from China built me a frame.. look at the Aus track cycling team riding Bastion components.
It’s a semi-bespoke frame designed for pros that wins big races like Roubaix or the tour. Add on premium kit all at RRP and that’ll get you to £12.5 quite easily.
Might not be the place to sell this bike but it’s a good price non the less for the right buyer! :)
