Hi @gbj_tester, I've got one of your bearing covers that I got ages ago, and I've just tried it on my Trek Checkpoint to replace one of those giant FSA conical covers - it works ok but there is a gap of around 2mm from the cover to the frame where the bearing is exposed. Do you have a cover with a lip that will close that gap a bit, I guesss 1mm to leave a bit of leeway from the edge to the frame?

You could also try a compression ring with a lower stack like this:

Looking at his picture, since the bearing is about 1mm out of the frame I'm guessing the compression ring is the standard 2mm above the bearing. There might be something to be had in that area, but I'm not sure.
