There cannot be any strategic squad building in play here, it's just buying players for the sake of it and hoping some of them are successful. £580 million give or take in the last two transfer windows and the squad still looks light in certain positions, i.e. centre forward and full backs.
It's obscene. It also makes a complete mockery of UEFA's Financial Fair Play regulations, which is no surprise.

It's very very strange But Boleyh has a reputation of not doing things in the "done " way. I'd like to find out how much input Potter has had and how they arrived at the targets they bought. Scouts ? Pure stats ?

Don't know have we ? The money was tainted it was shit. The club has been v v successful.
The club paid a penalty by having to sell up. So in a way the club has moved on.
